摘　　要：本文在介绍信息资源和网络信息资源的基础上,提出信息资源流和信息资源交流的概念,接着又在网络信息资源管理存在的主要问题基础上,多层次对高校网络信息资源管理进行创新阐述。Based on the introduction of information resource and network information resource, this paper proposed the concepts of information resource stream and information resource exchange. After that, based on the existence of main questions of network informa- tion resource management, this article carried on the innovation elaboration to the universities network information resource management from muhi-level.
