摘 要:目的 :新发现的DNA病毒 (transfusiontransmittedvirus简称TTV)被认为是一种新的肝炎病毒。为了研究肝炎患者中TTV的感染情况 ,对 10 8例肝炎患者 (ALT >2 0 0IU/L)进行了TTVDNA的检测。方法 :利用巢式PCR方法扩增TTV基因 ,并对两例TTV分离株的部分基因进行克隆和序列分析。结果 :10 8中有 2 4例TTVDNA阳性 ,阳性率为 2 2 2 % ;在非甲~非庚型肝炎中TTV的阳性率为 3 4 6% ( 9/ 2 6) ;甲型肝炎病例中TTVDNA的阳性率为 9 1%( 1/ 11) ;乙型肝炎病例为 2 3 2 % ( 13 / 5 6) ;丙型肝炎病例 7 1% ( 1/ 14 )。两个TTV分离株 (TTVHN 1AF15 15 3 2 ,TTVHN 2AF15 1683 )的核酸序列与GenBank资料中TTV对应序列的核酸同源性高于 90 %。结论 :TTV病毒可能是非甲~非庚型肝炎的重要致病因子 ,并且能够与甲、乙。Aim:A newly discovered DNA virus,transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) is thought to be a new hepatitis virus.In order to investigate the prevalence of TTV infection in patients with hepatitis,108 serum samples from patients with hepatitis (ALT>200 IU/L) were detected for TTV DNA.Methods:The TTV gene was amplified by nested PCR.The partial gene of two TTV isolates from the patients was cloned and sequenced.Results:24 of 108 (22.2%) positive for TTV DNA.Among 108 samples 34.6% (9/26) were positive for Non A to G,9.1%(1/11) were positive for hepatitis A,23.2%(13/56) were positive for hepatitis B,and 7.1%(1/14) were positive for hepatitis C.The partial sequence of TTV isolates (TTVHN 1 AF151532,TTVHN 2 AF151683) showed 90% nucleotide identity over the corresponding region of TTV in GenBank.Conclusion :TTV could co infection with hepatitis A,B, and C;TTV would be the major cause of patients with Non A to G hepatitis.
