北虫草提取物延缓皮肤衰老的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究北虫草提取物对延缓D-半乳糖所致小鼠皮肤组织衰老的作用。方法:昆明种3月龄小鼠72只,雌雄各半,随机分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、模型对照组、正常对照组和阳性对照组。各给药组、模型组和阳性组每日颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖,连续注射42天造成亚急性衰老模型,正常组注射相同剂量生理盐水。各给药组造模的同时皮肤涂布给药,42天后取背部皮肤检测。结果:北虫草提取物能够增加衰老小鼠的含水量和SOD活力,降低皮肤中MDA含量。结论:北虫草提取物具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。Objective We researched the role to delay aging which take in the skin of mice duing to D-galactose about the extractive of Cordyeps militaris.Methods 72 healthy Kunming mice of three months were randomly divided into 6 groups-control group,high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,model control group,normal control group and positive control group.Daily giving subcutaneous injection of D-galactose on the nape back for 42 days to make the subacute senile mouse model at each medical group,model group and positive group,normal control group gave the same doses of normal saline water injection.At the same time,each medical group were coated for medicine on the skin,and we getted the unhairing skin on back to determination after 42 days.Results The extractive of Cordyeps militaris can remarkably improve skin water contents and SOD activity,and decrease significantly MDA content.Conclusion The extractive of Cordyeps militaris can delay skin aging.
