摘  要:目的 :探讨黄河支流蟒河污染对沿岸人群微核发生率的影响。方法 :采用“改良人体外周血淋巴细胞微核检测方法” ,对污染区和对照区居民进行了外周血淋巴细胞微核检查。结果 :污染区居民外周血淋巴细胞微核率( 4 .65‰ )、微核细胞率 ( 4 .18‰ )明显高于对照区 ( 2 .2 1‰、2 .0 3‰ )。结论 :蟒河污染对沿岸居民遗传物质造成了一定的损伤。Aim: To detect the influence of water pollution of Mang River on micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes of local people. Methods: By using modify detecting method for micronuclei in peripheral lymphocytes, micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocyte were detected from the people of polluted area of Mang River and control area. Results: The ration of Micronuclei (4.65‰) and the cell ration containing micronuclei(4.18‰) in peripheral blood lymphocyte from the people of polluted area were statistically higher than those of the control area (2.21‰、2.03‰). Conclusion: Mang River pollution has bad effects on the hereditary material of local people.
