摘　　要：以高活性聚醚多元醇和改性MDI为主要原料,选择反应性催化剂和低挥发性硅油,配合使用物理发泡剂和水发泡剂,开发出了低气味低密度高回弹泡沫。该泡沫具有气味小、密度小、回弹性好、承载性高、舒适性好及综合性能佳等优点。Low-odor low-density high resilience foam was developed by using high activity polyether polyols and modified MDI as main materials,choosing the reactive catalysts,low-volatile silicone oil and matching use of physical blowing agent and water blowing agent.The foam possesses the advantages of low odor,low density,good resilience,high load durability,better comfort and excellent comprehensive properties,and so on.
