摘  要:实验采用曝气微电解催化氧化—絮凝法处理含砷铜冶炼废水,考察了铁炭质量比、铁砷质量比、曝气时间、反应pH等反应条件对冶炼废水除砷效果的影响。实验结果表明:高浓度铜冶炼废水在铁炭质量比为1∶2、铁砷质量比为60∶1、曝气时间2 h、微电解初始pH=3.0、絮凝pH=9.0的条件下砷的去除效果最佳,去除率达99.8%,同时其他污染物的去除率均较高。Copper smelting wastewater containing arsenic has been treated by aeration micro-electrolysis and flocculation process.The reaction conditions,such as iron carbon mass ratio,iron arsenic mass ratio,aeration time,reaction pH and so on,which have effects on the removal of arsenic from copper smelting wastewater have been investigated.The results show that arsenic could be removed effectively from the highly concentrated copper smelting wastewater under the following conditions:iron carbon mass ratio is 1∶2,iron arsenic mass ratio is 60∶1,aeration time is 2 h,micro-electrolysis initial pH is 3.0,and flocculation pH is 9.0.The removal rate of arsenic reaches 99.8% and all other pollutants in the wastewater can be removed effectively at the same time.
