摘  要:从晒盐场盐池周边的风干野生植被表面分离筛选到1株极端耐盐菌株CCHA,通过形态观察及ITS序列分析对菌株进行鉴定,并对其生物学特性、耐盐性及金属耐受性进行分析.研究结果表明:菌株CCHA与21株己报道的曲霉属菌株同源性为55.9%~100%;其生长温度范围为25~45℃,最适温度为35℃;生长pH值范围为2.5~12.0,最适pH值为5.0~8.0;生长盐度范围为0~31%,最适盐度为5%;对Cu2+有较强的耐受性.鉴定该菌株为曲霉菌(Aspergillus sp.).A halo-tolerant strain CCHA was isolated from the surface of wild vegetation around saltern,identified by the morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis,and their biological characteristics,salt-resistance and metal-tolerance were analyzed.The homology of ITS sequence between CCHA and each of other 21 Aspergillus strains which have been reported was 55.9%—100%;growth temperature range of it was from 25 ℃ to 45 ℃,the optimum at 35 ℃;growth pH range of it was from 2.5 to 12.0,the optimum at 5.0—8.0;salinity range of it was 0—31%,the optimum at 5%;and the strain exhibited higher tolerance to Cu2+.CCHA strain was identified as Aspergillus sp.
