摘　　要：道路交通伤是人类安全的重大威胁，是15-19岁青少年的第一死因。在不同受伤人群、车型和事故类型，具有不同的损伤特点和规律性。了解这些临床特点，有助于提高早期诊断治疗水平。道路交通伤时多发伤发生率高，诊断治疗牵涉到多学科、多专业，高效率的院前急救和专业化的创伤科有利于提高抢救生存率。Traffic injury is seriously threatening the human＇s safety in the world, which is the first cause of death in the youth from 15 to 19 years. The regularity of the injury characteristic and injury pattern in different pop- ulation, vehicle style and accident type of road traffic accident have different clinical features, which may be useful in early diagnosis and treatment strategies. To deal with traffic injuries, various departments and specialities are required, because of a high incidence of polytrauma. Therefore, a highly effective pre-hospital first aid as well as a professional unit of traumotology is helpful to improve the survive rate.
