支气管肺前肠畸形的影像学诊断3例报告及文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析支气管肺前肠畸形(BPFM)的影像学表现,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析三年来经手术病理证实的BPMF的影像表现,3例患者均行胸片和上消化道造影检查,两例行CT平扫、增强检查。结果 X线表现为肺炎、肺脓肿。CT图像准确显示隔离肺组织,提示呼吸道与消化道的异常通道。上消化道造影清晰显示消化道与呼吸道间的异常交通。结论胸部CT增强扫描配合上消化道造影检查是该病的首选影像学检查方法。Objective To analyze the imaging findings in bronchopulmonary foregut malformation（BPFM）.Methods 3 cases with BPFM confirmed by operation and pathology were reported.All the cases had been examined by X ray,2 of them were examined by CT.Results X-ray showed pneumonia or complicated with pulmonary abscess.CT showed pulmonary sequestration and prompted the tube between lung and esophagus.Gastrointestinal image（GI） proved the tube clearly between lung and esophagus further.The imaging findings were corresponded with those of operation.Conclusion CT and GI can show the bronchopulmonary foregut malfarmation,CT and GI have important diagnostic value on bronchopulmonary foregut malformation.
