浅析高校国家助学贷款存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：国家助学贷款的实施解决了大多数贫困生的困难,但贷款学生毕业后还贷率逐年走低,欠息率逐年增高。要从科学鉴定贫困生、加强管理和经费投入、开设国家助学贷款课程和建立诚信档案等各个方面来解决这些问题。The National Student Loan policy has solved poverty problem of most poor students.However,after the students graduated,the rates to repay the loan and interest are decreased year by year.The problems should be solved by scientific identification of poor students,reinforcement of the management and funding,the addition of the national student loan courses,the establishment of the integrity of files and other methods.
