摘　　要：首先建立了评价国家竞技体育实力的8大指标.在指标权重的确定方法上,分别运用夹角余弦法、系统聚类法和变异系数法给AHP群决策中每位专家赋予不同的权重,然后,结合专家权重对各专家判断矩阵的权重向量进行加权平均,得出各指标的综合权重.最后,以北京奥运会成绩为例,从定量角度对世界主要体育大国的竞技体育总体实力做出科学评价.This paper analyes,the factors influencing the strength of national sports.On the methods for determining the weight of factors,every expert gives different weights by using hierarchical clustering method,coefficient of variation and included angle cosine method respectively.Then the judgment matrices are combined with weighted mean and the result is gained.In the end,scientific appraisement with quantitative research for the sports strength of major countries in the world is made,taking the performance of the Beijing Olympic Games for example.
