摘　　要：为了解决制造业企业循环取货(Milk-Run)模式下供应商选择的问题,研究汽车制造企业循环取货模式的运作流程及该模式对供应商提出的要求;然后构建了循环取货模式下的供应商选择评估指标体系,并提出一种基于区间多属性的汽车零部件供应商选择模型与方法;最后给出算例来说明该方法的可行性与实用性.To solve the problem of supplier selection under the operation model of Milk-Run of manufacturing enterprises,the operation processes of Milk-Run of Automobile manufacturing enterprises and the requirements to supplier was studied;Then the index system of evaluation of supplier selection under the operation model of Milk-Run was developed,and the model and method of supplier selection of automobile components which based on interval multi-attribute was presented;Finally,the paper gives an example to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the model and method.
