摘  要:以邻苯二甲酸酐、正辛醇为原料,采用自制的固体酸SO42-/SnO2为催化剂,合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DI-OP),通过实验分别考察浸泡硫酸浓度、颗粒度、活化温度、活化时间等因素对催化剂活性的影响.实验表明:在固体酸SO42-/SnO2催化DIOP的合成中,其最佳工艺操作条件是:浸泡硫酸浓度1.2 mol/L、颗粒度120目、活化温度525℃、活化时间4 h,其酯化产率可达96%以上.固体酸SO42-/SnO2作为该反应的催化剂具有催化活性高、寿命长、可多次重复使用、产物易纯化分离、且产品色泽浅等优点,可望代替传统浓硫酸作催化剂用于DIOP的合成.In this article synthesis of DIOP was performed by esterification of n-butanol and phthalic anhydride through catalysis of solid acid SO42-/SnO2.The influencing factors on the activity of catalyst were researched,such as the concentration of the solid acid,graininess of catalyst,the temperature and time of activation and so on.As the results of the experiments in the chemosynthesis of DIOP,the best technical operation conditions are as following: 1.2 mol/L vitriol oil,120 mesh of graininess,temperature of activation 525 ℃,time of activation 4h.The productivity of DIOP can be above 96%.Because SO42-/SnO2 has excellences as the catalyzer such as high catalytic activity,long-term frequent use,production separated easily with better color and luster,it has some advantages of taking the place of oil of vitriol to catalyze the synthesis of DIOP.
