摘　　要：研究生是人才培养的最高层次。本文分析了培养研究生创新思维的方法,探讨了培养研究生创新素质和科研素养的途径,提出了提高学生创新思维能力、营造良好创新学术氛围等培养创新型研究生的措施,并分析了这些措施的典型案例和初步成果。希望这些探索对于工程学科的拔尖创新人才培养具有借鉴意义。The graduate education is the foundation on which the high-level innovative talent is cultivated.The paper discusses how to develop innovative abilities of graduate students,explores some specific ways to develop the graduate students＇ creative thinking and raise research and innovative competence.The paper also puts forward and experiences some effective methods of cultivating innovative talents,such as cultivating the graduates＇ innovative thinking,and creating a good environment for innovation etc.It also analyses some typical cases and primary results of these methods.The authors hope that the paper has certain reference meaning to the cultivating outstanding innovative talents of engineering subject.
