摘 要:目的研究汞暴露对男性工人血清睾酮水平的影响。方法选择111名职业性汞作业工人为暴露组,46名无汞暴露史的工人为对照组,测定两组工人血清睾酮(ST)水平,并分析ST与年龄、工龄和尿汞(HgU)的相关性。结果暴露组工人HgU、ST显著升高,暴露时间是ST升高的主要因素;暴露组工人ST升高率明显高于对照组;暴露组工人ST和尿汞水平无明显相关性。结论职业性汞暴露可使工人血清睾酮水平明显升高。Objective To study the influence of mercury exposure on the level of serum testosterone(ST)in male workers.Methods 111 workers with occupational exposure to mercury(exposed group)and 46 workers without mercury exposure (control group) were tested for the level of ST.The correlation analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between ST,age,working-time and the urinary mercury(HgU).Results The levels of ST and HgU were elevated in workers of the exposure group.The level of significantly was greater than the control group.Exposure time was the major factor contributed to the increase in ST.There was no significant correlation between ST and HgU in the exposed group.Conclusion Occupational exposure to mercury may elevate the level of ST.
