摘　　要：介绍了HXD1型机车司机室钢结构中主要蒙皮零件的结构设计特点,对下料和成型方法等关键工艺项点进行了详细的分析说明。This paper presents the structure properties of cover sheet-metal parts used in driver＇s cab for series of HXD1 locomotive,and detailedly analyzes the key points of process planning used in cutting and shaping process for the parts.
