摘　　要：随着电力工业的不断发展,对供电可靠性的要求也越来越高。目前,配网正常检修和事故处理时,倒电操作大多沿用"冷倒"方式(即对用户短时停电)或者人工手动计算模式。同时,用于分析配网合环倒电操作软件的低效性、实用性差等特点远远解决不了供电企业对于停电与有关保供电任务之间的矛盾。为此研制了一套全新的、基于Windows的、功能强大的、高效的、实用的基于多套负荷方案的配网电磁合环计算及管理全过程的专业软件系统。With the continuous development of the electrical power industry.The requirements to power supply reliability are increasingly high.While the present distribution network normal maintenance and accident treatment of electricity operate mostly like ＂pour cold ＂ fall（It＇s means that power cut to user shortly）or manual calculation mode.At the same time,the software of the distribution network closed looping to analyzing the distribution network is inefficient and practical super-peer features.It far from solve the power supply enterprise to power and related the contradiction between the supply task,so the power supply enterprise often encountering user discontent and complaints.Therefore,we developed a set of new,Windows based,powerful,multiple sets of load case of distribution network electromagnetic loop closing calculation and management of the whole process of the professional software system.
