摘  要:介绍了高速动车组铝合金车体司机室外板拉伸成形新工艺,研究了拉形设备和多点模具相结合的多点拉形技术。对典型零件多点拉形成形过程进行了数值模拟研究,并进行了工艺试验。结果表明,多点拉形技术能够解决新型结构司机室铝合金外板的成形问题,实现外板工件的柔性、数字化制造,解决新型结构司机室的国产化问题。A new technology of stretch forming process for formed shell of electricity multiple unit cage has been introduced in the text.The multi -point stretch forming technology,which combined the device of stretch forming and multi-point die,has been researched.A series of numerical simulations and technological test on typical parts in MPSF processes have been carried out.The results show that the formed aluminum alloy shell of electricity multiple unit cage can be accomplished by use of the multi—point stretch forming technology.This technology achieved the flexible and digitized manufacture of shell parts,which solves the problems of local manufacture in China.
