摘  要:通过引入特征技术,将工艺设计相关的自由锻件属性和信息抽象成特征的形式。提出建立锻件特征模型并以此为基础的CAPP专家系统的推理方法。介绍了基于锻件特征模型CAPP推理系统的结构,模型的结构组成与表达,特征的获取方式及专家系统及其推理机制。针对自由锻造的特点,提出将锻件特征转化为成形特征,并以成形特征为基础的锻造工序推理原理。The attributes and information of open -die forging parts related to process planning have been abstracted into features.The concept of establishing the model of the features of parts and reasoning of CAPP expert system based on the model have been proposed.The structures of reasoning system for the model,construction composition and description of the model,and the method to extract the features expert system reasoning principle have been introduced.According to the characteristics of open—die forging forming process,the way that changes the features of parts into forming features and the reasoning principle of forging steps based on them have been put forward.
