摘  要:玉米去雄机可提高玉米去雄的工作效率,提高玉米产量,克服人工摘雄,温汤杀雄和化学杀雄的缺点。玉米去雄机行走同步性的精确控制是它的难点,分流马达的分流精度决定了它的同步精度。在简单介绍去雄机结构后,介绍了去雄机液压系统的设计。Along with the expanded area of special corn seed, labor intensive conflict has become increasingly prominent.The full mechanization inevitable emergence of corn as emasculation machine not only fills a large agricultural machinery corn emasculation blank, but also improves work efficiency.Besides, it also reduces labor intensity and improves corn production, meets the special needs of large-scale production of corn, and overcomes shortcomings of the artificial ,hot water and chemical emasculation. However, the precise synchronization of walking control is always its most difficult part. And the precision of shunt motor also determines the precise of walking emasculation. This paper briefly describes the structure of emasculation mechines, and makes a detailed description of the emasculation hydraulic system design.
