摘　　要：目的开展国境口岸生物反恐和传染病监测现场快速侦检辅助系统应用研究,保障国境口岸卫生安全。方法利用现况流行病学调查方法,对国境口岸生物反恐和传染病监测现场快速侦检辅助系统软件应用情况进行初步评价。结果该系统在机场口岸安装运行以来,共监测入境人数1476575人次,其中有症状的37人次,依靠系统软件进行医学排查26人次,发现疑似病例23例。结论该系统基本实现了对国境口岸传染病监测的全面监控,提高了口岸传染病防控的工作效率和工作质量。Objective To conduct the research on the on-site fast detection and inspection auxiliary system of bioterrorism preparedness and surveillance of infectious diseases, and to safeguard the frontier health security. Method According to the technical proposal on the investigation and disposal of port infectious diseases, a cross-sectional design was utilized to give a preliminary evaluation on the application. Result The system has monitored 1,476,575 entry passengers, founding 37 person-time with symptoms, and 23 suspected cases after investigating 26 person-time. Conclusion The system basically has a comprehensive monitoring over the frontier infectious disease, and to raise working efficiency and improve working quality.
