《暴聋中医诊疗指南》的德尔菲法评价与结果分析

摘　　要：目的:根据中医耳鼻喉科行业专家对《暴聋中医诊疗指南》初稿框架以及诊治意见的集中程度与协调程度,制定科学实用的《暴聋中医诊疗指南》。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在文献计量研究基础上编制《暴聋中医诊疗指南专家问卷调查表》,向全国中医及中西医耳鼻喉科专家分别发送57份和53份问卷调查并进行1次专家会议,对第一、二轮问卷结果进行分析。结果:两次调查问卷分别收回有效问卷为48份与44份,专家积极系数分别为84.2%与83.0%,制定出《暴聋中医诊疗指南》初稿,专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度较高。结论:专家的积极性较高,分布地区广,具有代表性,《暴聋中医诊疗指南》涉及的条目基本得到专家的认可,部分条目得到调整。Objective：To set down The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness through evaluating the concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts in TCM of ENT. Methods ： Delphi method was applied. All questionnaires were designed based on the document research and distributed to experts 57 and 53 articles and 1 meeting. The results were analyzed. Results ： Totally 48 and 44 valid questionnaires were received respectively. The activity index of the experts was 84.2% and 83.0% respectively. The draft of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness was set down. The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on this book was obviously high. Conclusion ： The experts are from all over China and express the typical opinions of all experts in this field. The items in the frame of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness are generally recognized,
