摘  要:目的:观察中药复方痹痛灵颗粒对胶原诱导类风湿性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜组织微血管密度及白介素-17(IL-17)mR-NA表达的影响。方法:建立胶原诱导大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型,通过免疫组化测量微血管密度,实时荧光PCR法检测量关节滑膜组织IL-17 mRNA表达量,评价痹痛灵颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎抗血管新生的作用机理。结果:痹痛灵颗粒可降低造模大鼠关节滑膜组织微血管密度,下调关节滑膜组织IL-17 mRNA过量表达。结论:痹痛灵颗粒对胶原诱导大鼠类风湿性关节炎血管新生有一定的治疗作用,其作用机理与下调关节滑膜IL-17 mRNA高表达可能有关。Objective :To investigate the influence of bitongling pellet on IL- 17 mRNA in synovial membrane of collagen induction arthritis(CIA) by rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:To establish a model of collagen induced arthritis of rats and to measure microvascular density (MVD) by immunohistochemical measurement, and IL-17 mRNA expression of synovial membrane of collagen induction arthritis were detected by real-time PCR. To evaluation the treatment mechanism of antiangiogenic effect on rheumatoid arthritis with biton- gling pellet. Results:The microvascular density (MVD)and IL- 17 mRNA excessive expression can be reduced by bitongling pellet on synovial membrane of collagen induction arthritis. Conclusion:The angiogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis have been treated by bitongling pellet and its mechanism concerned likely IL-17 mRNA high expression was down regulation.
