参桂胶囊处方对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参桂胶囊有效成分处方对舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血的心电图变化以及对大鼠心脏病理组织的影响。方法:采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素(0.35 U/kg)造成急性心肌缺血模型,观察给药组注射垂体后叶素后不同时间点Ⅱ导联心电图T波变化以及大鼠心脏病理组织切片的变化。结果:参桂胶囊有效成分处方能明显对抗垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血的心电图变化,改善因垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血而导致心肌超微结构破坏程度。结论:参桂胶囊有效成份处方组具有显著对抗垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用。Objective ： To observe the ECG changes and the Heart pathological organization influence of Shengni Capsule effective ingredients prescription to combat pituitrin induced acute myocardial ischemia after injected pituitrin. Methods：Using rat sublingual intravenous pituitrin （0.35 U/kg） duplicate acute myocardial isehemia in rats, Record intravenous injection at different time points the standard 1/ ECG, measured before and after injection the heart rate, T-wave changes in peak and the rat cardiac pathologic tissue slice changes. Results：The Shengui Capsule effective ingredients prescription can obviously against the pituitrin induced acute myocardial is- chemia in ECG changes, can significantly inhibit the degree of damage of myocardial ultrastructure by acute myocardial isehemia. Conclusion：The Shengui capsule effective ingredients prescription can significantly improve the sublingnal intravenous pituitrin induced symptoms of acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
