补肾调周法联合小剂量克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调周法联合小剂量克罗米芬(CC)治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法:对50例多囊卵巢综合征患者运用中药补肾调周法联合小剂量克罗米芬进行治疗,同时伴有肥胖、糖耐量异常、胰岛素低抗者加服二甲双胍,疗程6个月。观察患者治疗前后月经、排卵、痤疮、内分泌及糖代谢等变化。结果:临床有效率达86.0%,多数患者月经、排卵、痤疮及代谢情况较治疗前明显改善。结论:补肾调周法联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征有较好的疗效。Objective：To observe the curative effect of invigorate the kidney and tune the cycle method combination with small dose clomiphene in treating polycystie ovarian syndrome. Methods ：50 cases were treated by invigorate the kidney and tune the cycle method combined with small dose clomiphene for six months. The changes of ovulation, acne, endocrine and sugar metabolism were observed before and after the treatment of menstruation. Results：The total effective rate was 86.0% ,The situation of most patients＇ menstruation, ovulation,acne and sugar metabolism improved obviously. Conclusion：The invigorate the kidney and tune the cycle method eombind with small dose elomiphene in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome has good effect.
