摘　　要：目的:通过对近年来有关针灸治疗失眠的文献进行研究,探讨针灸治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:将近年来针灸治疗失眠的文献资料按从心论治、从脑论治、营卫学说、辨证论治等四个方面进行探讨。结果与结论:针灸治疗失眠疗效显著。objective：According to the literature of relevant acupuncture treatment of insomnia in recent years, to explore the clinical study of insomnia acupuncture treatment progress. Methods ： For the past few years insomnia acupuncture treatment according to the literature from the heart from brain differentiation and treatment, camp guard theory, combination of disease differentiation discusses tour aspects. Results and Conclusion ：The curative effect of Acupuncture treatment insomnia is significant.
