摘 要:以金光杏梅为试材,研究了叶片生长发育的动态变化规律.结果表明:金光杏梅叶片的叶长、叶宽和叶面积的生长发育的动态变化均呈"快—慢—停"的单"S"曲线型,整个发育过程可分为3个时期:幼叶迅速生长期、缓慢生长期和停止生长期.叶面积随叶长、叶宽的增长而增大.经相关回归分析得知,叶面积与叶长、叶宽的相关系数分别为0.970 8和0.982 4,说明叶面积的增大与叶长和叶宽的增长均存在着极显著的正相关关系,且叶面积与叶宽的相关性比叶面积与叶长的相关性更为密切.The dynamic changes in leaf development was studied using Jinguang plum as materials.The results showed that Jinguang plum leaf blade length,leaf width and leaf area showed a dynamic growth and development of "fast-slow-stop" single "S" curve type,the entire development process could be divided into three periods:the rapid growth period of leaves,slow growth and the growth stoping period.Leaf area increased with the growth of leaf length and width.By the correlation and regression analysis,the correlation coefficients of the leaf area and leaf length,leaf width were 0.970 8 and 0.982 4,indicated that the increase of leaf area and the growth of leaf length and leaf width were a significant positive correlation,and the correlation of the leaf area and leaf width was more closely related to the correlation of leaf area and leaf length.
