摘 要:提出了沿空巷道三维锚索支护技术,结合王庄煤矿沿空掘进巷道5218回风巷的生产地质条件,建立相似材料试验模型和数值计算模型,通过分析表面位移和围岩应力分布特征,对沿空巷道三维锚索支护时巷道围岩的变形规律进行了研究.研究结果表明:三维锚索支护技术能促进巷道顶板压力拱的形成,提高压力拱拱角处的承载能力;当载荷增加至1.4 MPa时,三维锚索支护巷道顶底相对移近量是普通支护的76.7%;两帮相对移近量仅是普通支护的66.7%;计算表明,三维锚索支护巷道顶底相对移近量最大值是普通支护的55.20%、巷道两帮相对移近量最大值是普通支护的52.05%.该研究结果在王庄煤矿5218回风巷支护实践中取得了成功;回采期间,采用三维锚索支护段巷道顶底板移近量最大值是普通锚网索支护的58.14%、两帮相对移近量前者是后者的49.34%.The 3-D anchor-cable support technology is put forward,and a similar material model is made to study the deformation law of surrounding rock of gob-side entry supported by 3-D anchor-cable supports based on the similarity theory and the geological conditions of return airway of No.5218 working face in Wangzhuang coal mine.The research on deformation law of surrounding rock of gob-side entry supported by 3-D anchor-cable support is based on analyzing surface displacement and stress distribution of surrounding rocks.The results show that the 3-D anchor-cable support can form a pressure arch in the roof of gob-side entry and improve the carrying capacity.The experiment indicates that as the load reaches 1.4 MPa,the roof to floor convergence and two roadsides convergence of roadway supported by the 3-D anchor-cable are 76.7% and 66.7%,respectively,compared with the condition supported by common bolt-mesh-anchor support.The simulation illustrates that the maximum convergence of roof to floor and the two roadsides of roadway supported by the 3-D anchor-cable are 55.20% and 52.05%,respectively,compared with the condition supported by common bolt-mesh-anchor support.The research achievement has been successfully applied in practice of return airway support of No.5218 working face in Wangzhuang coal mine;and during the extracting stage,the maximum convergence of roof to floor and the two roadsides of roadway supported by the 3-D anchor-cable are 58.14% and 49.34 %,respectively,compared with the condition supported by common bolt-mesh-anchor support.
