摘  要:高强度中空注浆锚索与高性能锚杆相结合的组合控制技术,能有效控制高地应力松软煤巷等该类巷道出现的巷道失稳问题.某矿3313综放工作面回风平巷在深部掘进时出现围岩变形量大、支护失效等问题,高地应力、围岩性质差和原始锚杆支护参数的不合理是导致巷道失稳的主要因素.针对该巷道特点,采用高预应力锚杆(索)支护条件下围岩适当让压、中空注浆锚索注浆以改善顶板大范围内围岩力学性质等技术,有效控制了围岩塑性区发育、提高了顶板围岩强度并改善了锚杆受力状态.现场工业性试验表明:与前期掘进巷道相比,围岩松动区缩小为1 m左右,顶板、底板及两帮的变形量分别下降了63.6%,53.3%和51.7%,高地应力松软煤巷的围岩变形得到了有效控制.The supporting technology of hollow grouted anchor cable combined with high performance bolt can effectively the instability of high ground stress roadway in soft coal seams.There are some problems during deep driving for the return airway of fully mechanized sub-level caving face 3313 in a coal mine,such as great deformation and supporting failure,etc.The main factors of roadway instability are high ground stress,poor mechanical properties of surrounding rock,and unreasonable support parameters.Releasing pressure under high pre-stressed bolt supporting and improving the mechanical properties of roof strata in a large range by grouting using hollow grouted anchor cable are the keys of the technology.This technology can effectively control the development of plastic zone,enhance the strength of roof strata and improve the stress state of bolt(anchor cable).Practice shows that the technology can reduce the damaged zones to 1 m and decrease the deformation of roadway roof,floor,and roadway's sides by 63.6%,53.3% and 51.7% respectively,which also effectively controls the deformation of surrounding rock in this roadway.
