摘　　要：A Preliminary Study on the Role of Serum Interleukin-2 Levels for Diagnosis of Early Acute Rejection after Rat Heart Transplantation Zhao Jun,Shen Zhengya,Xu Wuyin,et al (Department of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery,NO.1 Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou Medical College,Suzhou,215006) Abstract This article investigated the significance of Interleukin-2 levels in serum for diagnosis of early acute rejection in rat models of heterotopic heart transplantation.Methods:The measurements of IL-2 in serum of rats by MTT method were taken on the 2rd,4th,6th days respectively after operation.Result:The result of this study with histological examination shows that IL-2 serum levels were increased during acute rejection episodes.Conclusion:IL-2 serum levels might be a useful indicator for diagnosis of allograft rejection.
