摘  要:目的 评价亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(Hydrophilicpolyacrylamidegel,简称HPG)的生物相容性和安全性。方法 通过HE染色、VanGieson染色、SP法,比较了24只Wistar大鼠皮下组织分别对HPG、硅凝胶及注射用胶原蛋白反应的强弱程度。结果 注射用胶原蛋白引起的组织炎症反应最为剧烈,硅凝胶次之,HPG最弱。术后3~14天,硅凝胶周围波形蛋白表达量比注射用胶原蛋白高(P<0.05),注射用胶原蛋白比HPG高(P<0.05);术后30~90天,注射用胶原蛋白周围波形蛋白表达量比硅凝胶高(P<0.05),硅凝胶比HPG高(P<0.05)。结论HPG引起的炎症反应轻微,形成的包膜薄而疏松,弹性好,张力小,是目前相对安全的软组织充填材料,具有临床应用前景。Objective To evaluate the safety and biocompatibility of Hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel. Methods Comparing local reaction of rats to HPG, silicon gel, collagen by HE staining, Van Gieson staining and SP method. Result The inflammation caused by collagen was the most serious, by silicon gel was less serious and by HPG was the faintest. SP tested the vimentine expression around filling materials, from three days to two weeks after operation, the tinctorial intensity level around silicon gel was higher than that around collagen ( P <0.05). That around HPG was the lowest one( P <0.05). But from one month to three months after operation, the intensity level around collagen was higher than that around silicon gel ( P <0.05) . Around HPG, the level was lower than that around silicon gel ( P <0.05). Conclusion HPG is a new, better filling material with good biocompatibility, faint inflammatory reaction, and it has thinner and softer capsula. It may has a good prospect of clinical application.
