摘　　要：目的　探讨生长抑素和生长激素联合应用治疗重症急性胰腺炎的方法。方法　３２ 例重症急性胰腺炎病人，随机分为生长抑素治疗组（ ｎ ＝ １１） ，生长激素和生长抑素联合应用治疗组（ ｎ ＝ １０） 以及对照组（ ｎ ＝１１） 。观察各组治疗后血清 Ｉ Ｌ－ １β、 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 、 Ｉ Ｌ－ １０ 、 Ｉ Ｌ－ １２ 和 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα的变化，住院天数，并发症和病死率。结果　生长抑素和生长激素联合治疗能减少并发症，降低病死率，缩短住院天数，促进重症急性胰腺炎病人的炎性和抗炎性细胞因子的平衡，促进白蛋白合成。结论　生长抑素和生长激素联合应用治疗重症急性胰腺炎有潜在的临床应用价值。Objective In order to evaluate the curative effects of somatostatin and growth hormone in severe acutepancreatitis( S A P) . Methods 32 patients with S A P were enrolled in this prospective study . They were comparable incom plication ,thelength of hospitalstudy ,cost ,inflam matory cytokins and albumin . Results Thelength of hospitalstaywere significantly shorterin combined therapy group patients than control group( P < 0 05) . The reduction of S A Pbytreatment with combination somatostatin and growth hormoneis associated with reduction ofcomplications and markedincreases of survival. It also demonstrates com bined therapy can inhibit the inflam matory mediators over expression andincrease antiinflam matory mediators as well ascorrect hypoalbu minemia and reasonablyintervened S I R Scauses by S A P. Conclusion This is the first proof that combination somatostatin and growth hormone can save multiple organs damagein S A P. It suggeststhat the combined somatostatin and growth hormone therapy may be a new way for treating S A P.
