摘　　要：目的　探讨 Ｃ Ｔ 引导下细针穿刺诊断胰腺感染的入路选择。方法　自１９９０ ～１９９８ 年间对２４ 例重症急性胰腺炎病人行 Ｃ Ｔ 引导下细针穿刺细菌学检查，确定有无胰腺感染。结果　２４ 例共穿刺３９ 例次，无穿刺所致并发症。证实胰腺感染１５ 例。结论　通过选择恰当的穿刺入路， Ｃ Ｔ 引导下胰腺穿刺细菌学检查是诊断胰腺感染安全。Objective To explore the selection of CT-guided percutaneous needle aspiration route for pancreatic infection.Methods Twenty four patients hospitalized for severe acute pancreatitis underwent CT-guided aspiration and bacteriological analysis from 1990 to 1998.Results Of these 24 patients who were performed 39 aspirations,no complications of procedure were noted and 15 patients were documented with pancreatic infection.Conclusion CT-guided aspiration by appropriate route is a safe and accurate method for identifying infection of the pancreas at the early stage of severe acute pancreatitis.
