比索洛尔对高血压合并糖尿病患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察比索洛尔对高血压合并糖尿病患者疗效、血糖、血脂的影响。方法选择38例血压不达标的高血压合并糖尿病患者，停用原来降压药后，口服比索洛尔5-10mg，每天1次，随访12周，观察治疗前后血压、心率、空腹血糖、血脂等指标。结果治疗后血压、心率有明显下降，但血糖、血脂无明显变化。结论比索洛尔有效降压、减慢心率，不影响糖脂代谢，副作用少。Objective： To observe the effect of Bisoprolol on efficacy, blood glucose, blood lipid in patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods：38 cases of hypertension patients with diabetes, having non-compliance of blood pressure criteria, were included to orally administrale Bisoprolol 5-10mg once a day after withdrawing the original antihypertensive drugs, then followed up for 12 weeks to observe the changes of blood pressure, heart rate, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and other indicators before and after treatment. Results：After treatment, blood pressure, heart rate decreased significantly, but blood glucose and lipid did not change.Conclusions： Bisoprolol is effective in lowering blood pressure and heart rate, does not affect glucose and lipid metabolism, and has few side effects.
