长托宁作为术前用药在硬膜外麻醉下肢手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察长托宁在硬膜外麻醉下肢手术中应用的效果。方法：选择行下肢择期手术病人共90例，患者年龄42—67岁，ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级，随机分成3组，每组30例。A组：（对照组）按常规于术前30min肌注阿托品O．5rag，鲁米那100mg，B组：手术前在病房不用任何术前药，入室后静脉注射0．01mg／kg长托宁，C组：手术前在病房不用任何术前药，入室后静脉注射0．015mg／kg长托宁。全组患者年龄男57例，女33例。入手术室后测定Bp、HR和SpO2作为基础值。比较入室时、消毒时、手术开始后、手术结束前的镇静评分、心率、血压；观察术后恶心呕吐、寒战、口干的发生率。麻醉阻滞不完善的病例排除在外。结果：各时点HR和SBP、DBP、镇静评分组间无统计学差异，B组、C组寒战的发生率低于A组（p〈0．05）结论：有一定的镇静作用和预防术后寒战的作用，可作为硬膜外麻醉手术的术前用药。Objective： To investigate effects of Penehyclidine hydrochloride on patients undergoing elective legs operation in epidural anesthesia .Methods 90 patients ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ ,were randomly divided into three groups,30 in each group.Group A ：Every patients were inject atropine 0.5mg and phenobarbitone 100rag in muscles before operation;GroupB were given Penehyclidine hydrochlorideO. Olmg/kg after they arrived operation room.;Group C were given Penehyclidine hydrochloride0.015mg/kg,To compare the HR,SBP DBP and Ressmay score and the number or patients with nausea,vomit and shivering.[Resuh] The incidence of shivering in Group B and Group C is louver than Group A （p〈0.05）.Conclusion ： Penehyclidine hydrochloride as preoperalion medicine can be used in legs operation under epidural anesthesia.
