摘　　要：人口老龄化是二十一世纪全球面临的难题。在老龄化社会里，高龄老年人是一个普遍受到观注的群体。高龄老年病人的麻醉倍受观注。本文从高龄老年人的生理特点、椎管内解剖特点、高龄老年病人CSEA技术、适应症和禁忌症、并发症等几方面的应用作以综述。为高龄老年病人的腰硬联合麻醉在临床上的应用提供理论上的依据。population aging is the twenty-first century challenges facing the world. In an aging society, the elderly by the elderly is a common concept note of the group. Age in view of the patient＇s anesthesia much attention. In this paper, the physiological characteristics of old age, the anatomical characteristics of spinal canal, senior citizens, elderly patients CSEA technique, indications and contraindications, complications, disease and other aspects of the application for the review. As age in the patient＇s lumbar epidural anesthesia in clinical applications on the basis of theory.
