摘　　要：目的：观察分析可吸收内固定物治疗关节部位骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年至2010年期间接受治疗的踝关节骨折22例和膝关节胫骨平台骨折20例，均采用可吸收内固定物治疗。术后随访评价两种骨折患者恢复指数。结果：膝关节胫骨平台骨折组：3分的有10例（占50．00％），2分的有7例（占35．00％），1分的有3例（占15．00％），恢复指数为2．35。比较两组3分例数和恢复指数，踝关节骨折组显著高于膝关节胫骨平台骨折组（x16．271，p〈0.05；x15．206，p〈0.05）。结论：可吸收内固定物治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果较治疗膝关节胫骨平台骨折效果更佳，更适合踝关节骨折的治疗。Objective： Observe and analyze the absorbable fixation treatment of joint fractures of the clinical effects.Methods： Retrospective analysis of our hospital during the period 2008 to 2010 treated 22 patients with ankle fractures and knee in 20 cases of tibial plateau fractures were treated with absorbable internal fixation.Postoperative follow-up evaluation of patients with two fractures of the recovery index.Results： Knee tibial plateau fracture group： 3 points, 10 patients （50.00%）, 2 points and 7 cases （35.00%）, 1 in 3 cases （15.00%）, recovery index was 2.35.3 the number of cases were compared and the recovery index, ankle fracture group was significantly higher than the knee tibial plateau fracture group （ X 2 = 6.271, p ＆It;0.05; X 2 = 5.206, p ＆It;0.05）. Conclusion： Absorbable internal fixation treatment of ankle fractures was better than the treatment of tibial plateau fracture knee better, more suitable for the treatment of ankle fractures.
