摘　　要：目的：建立以HPLC法测定感冒软胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法：采用Shimpack VP-ODS C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．3％磷酸溶液（47：53），检测波长为280nm，流速为1．0mL-min-1,柱温为40℃结果：黄芩苷进样量在0．1474—1．1055μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9996）；平均回收率为98．7％，RSD为0．95％（n=6o结论：该方法简便，可行、重现性好，可作为感冒软胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method to detdrmine the content of baicalin in Ganmao soft capsules .Methods Shimpack VP-ODS C18 column was used, The mobile phase of methanol -0.3% phosphoric acid （47：53）at a flow rate of 1.OmL min-I and the detection wavelength was set at 280nm, the column temperature was 40℃. Results The calibration curve of baicalin was in a good linearity over the range of 0.1474 -1.1055 μg （r = 0.9996）.The average recovery was 98.7%. withRSD of 0.95%（n6）.Conclusion Themethod is simple, feasible and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Ganmac soft capsules.
