化学发光免疫法和放射免疫法对甲状腺激素检测的比较分析

摘　　要：本文应用化学发光免疫分析和放射免疫分析检测血清甲状腺激素。结果表明， 两种分析技术测定值相关性良好， 其相关系数（ ｒ） 分别为０ ．９８４ ，０ ．９７９ ，０ ．９６ ，０ ．９８３ 。化学发光法实现分析程序完全自动化， 非常适宜大量样品的检测， 试剂盒有效期长，在一定时期内两种方法将相互补充。The levels of T 3、T 4、FT 3 and FT 4 in serum of the patients spontaneously were determined by CLIA and RIA methods,and the correlations between them were analysed .The results showed that the correlation coefficients are 0 984,0 979,0 96 and 0 983 rspectively.Conclusion was that the results of thyroid hormones assayed by CLIA and RIA methods had a good correlation.
