摘　　要：目的:研究头孢布烯分散片的制备工艺。方法:采用混料设计试验方法,以多个指标考察分散片的处方和制备工艺。结果:采用混料设计优化选择分散片处方,微晶纤维素25%、交联聚维酮14%、羧甲基淀粉钠3.5%、5%PVPK30、40%乙醇溶液为黏合剂。结论:此法所制分散片处方合理,工艺可行,且溶出较快。Objective.. To discuss the preparation of Ceftibuten Dispersible Tablet. Methods.. To inspect formula and preparation technology of dispersible tablet using tempering design experiment on the basis of multi-markers. Results：The pharmaceutical adju- vants were 25 0% MCC, 14 %PVPP, 3.5 %CMS-Na. 5 % PVPK30 alcohol water blend as adhesive on the basis of tempering design ex- periment. Conclusion： The formula is reasonable and technology is feasible.
