摘　　要：介绍天津原金城银行大楼历史性保护与再利用设计情况及基本保护理念,指出该项目结合其特有的价值特征与具体的客观条件做出复原、修复和内部整饬等不同保护措施都是这一理念的反映。The historic conservation and reuse of Tianjin Former Jincheng Bank Building are based on the concept of preserving and recovering its various value to the full.As a reflection of this concept,the conservation measures of rehabilitation,recovery and interior rectification are closely combined with the project＇s specific identity of value and adapted to its objective circumstances.
