摘　　要：当前北方地区普通住宅项目户内采暖多采用下分双管式散热器采暖系统,户内多采用埋地塑料管材。但针对埋地采暖管还没有完整的国家规范,部分地标、行标、企标也不能规范所有环节,容易出现选材不当、安装失误等严重影响用户使用的问题,不仅使室内热舒适度有所下降,甚至会造成不必要的经济损失。以"金色漫香林"住宅项目为例,对埋地塑料管从选材、安装到运行进行全面探讨,并对项目运行期间所出现的个别散热器不热等问题进行分析,探究其原因及改进措施。Currently,the northern residence ordinarily applies double-pipe radiator heating system,and the indoor pipeline uses the buried plastic pipes.But there is not a complete national norm for the buried heating pipe;and some local standards,occupation standards and company＇s standards couldn＇t or cannot regulate all aspects,which will easily leads to select materials inappropriately and install incorrectly.It not only makes influence on the thermal comfort,but also causes unnecessary economic losses.Taking ＂the Golden Manxianglin＂ as example,buried plastic pipes are discussed comprehensively from material selection and installation to running.In addition,for the individual cold radiator,the reason is analyzed with improvement measures.
