摘 要:对进行不同轧间退火处理的铝镁硅铜合金板材的拉伸性能、成形性能及织构进行了分析研究。结果表明:没有进行轧间退火的合金中存在较强的偏转G取向及残留轧制铜C取向织构,经过350℃×1 h轧间退火的合金中存在很强的G取向及R/S取向织构,经过510℃×1 h轧间退火的合金中存在较弱的偏转G取向、R/S取向织构;不同工艺处理的合金中都含有{111}面织构,经过轧间退火处理的含量较多;进行510℃轧间退火合金板的抗拉强度、屈服强度最小,断后伸长率最大、成形性能最好;不进行退火处理的抗拉强度、屈服强度最大,断后伸长率最小、成形性能最差;轧制织构总量与再结晶织构总量之比较大的合金,其成形性能较好。Tensile and formability properties,textures of the Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy sheets with different annealing treatments between rolling were investigated.The results show that,it was found that relatively strong deflected G orientation and C orientation texture in the alloy without annealing treatment between rolling,very strong G orientation and R/S orientation texture in the alloy annealed at 350 ℃ for 1 h between rolling,and the weak deflected G orientation and R/S orientation texture in the alloy annealed at 510 ℃ for 1 h between rolling.All alloys contained {111} texture whose content was more in the alloy with annealing between rolling than that without annealing.The tensile strength and the yield strength were minimum,the elongation value was largest and the forming performance was the best in the alloy annealed at 510 ℃ for 1 h.The tensile strength and the yield strength were the maximum,the elongation value was least and the formability were the worst in the alloy without annealing treatment.The forming performance was better in the alloy with larger ratio of total rolling textures to recrystallization textures.
