摘  要:采用化学铣切加工工艺对2197铝锂合金进行加工,研究了化铣液组成、温度对铣切加工速度、表面粗糙度等的影响,并讨论了原始表面粗糙度对化铣加工质量的影响。结果表明:随着化铣液温度、NaOH浓度的增加,化铣加工速度增大;而随铝离子浓度的增加,化铣加工速度降低;加工表面粗糙度随着化铣加工深度的增加而明显增大,但当化铣深度大于3.6 mm后表面粗糙度变化不大;随着原始表面粗糙度的增加,化铣后的表面粗糙度也随之增大。In this paper,2197 Al-Li alloy was mechined by the chemical milling,and the influence exerted on milling rate and surface roughness of 2197 Al-Li alloy by composition of chemical milling solution and temperature were investigated.The influence of original surface roughness on chemical milling quanlity was discussed.The results show that the milling rate increased with the temperature of chemical milling solution and the NaOH solution concentration increased.The milling rate decreased with the concentration of Al3+ increased.Surface roughness increased obviously with the increasing of milling depth,and when the milling depth was more than 3.6 mm,the surface roughness changed little.The surface roughness of the chemical milling sample after chemical milling increased with the increase of the original surface roughness of the sample.
