摘 要:用二羟甲基丙酸和三羟甲基丙烷经缩聚反应合成末端为羟基的超支化聚酯,再以硬脂酸和邻苯二甲酸酐对该超支化聚酯进行改性,制备了两亲性超支化聚合物.利用红外光谱对AB2单体、端羟基型超支化聚酯、两亲性超支化聚合物的分子结构进行了表征.研究了反应温度、反应时间、单体浓度对共聚物性质的影响.实验结果表明,在真空下合成超支化聚酯的最佳温度为180℃,时间为5 h,两亲性聚合物的黏度随硬脂酸改性羟基的增加而减小.讨论了该树脂在钛白-羟基树脂-甲苯体系中对钛白的分散性与分散稳定性的影响,结果表明酸值越小,聚合物对钛白的分散性和分散稳定性越好;硬脂酸改性端羟基越多,聚合物对锐钛型钛白的分散性越好.Hydroxyl-theminated hyperbranched polymers derived from dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and trimethylolpropane(TMP)was synthesized by esterification,and then modified by stearic acid and phthalic anhydride to Synthesize Amphiphilic Hyperbranched Polymer.The chemical structures of the AB2 monomer,polymers and the whole reaction process were all characterized by IR spectrum.The influences of the monomer concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature on the properties of hyperbranched polymers were investigated,which illustrated that the best reaction temperature and time was 180 ℃ and 5 hours to synthesize hyperbranched polymers under vacuum environment.The viscosity of the target product increased gradually with the increasing of hydroxyl end-groups modified by staric acid.We also discussed the effect of amphiphilic hyperbranched polymers on the dispersions and dispersible stability fot titaium dioxide in toluene system.The results showed that the dispersity and dispersible stability of titanium dioxide increased along with the acid value of the product decreased.The dispersity increased with more hydroxyl end groups.
