氨茶碱持续静脉应用结合振动排痰治疗哮喘持续状态

摘　　要：目的探讨氨茶碱持续静脉应用结合振动排痰在哮喘持续状态的应用价值。方法 60例哮喘持续状态的患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),治疗组给予氨茶碱持续静脉应用并定时应用振动排痰机进行物理排痰,同时应用糖皮质激素和雾化吸入等综合治疗;对照组给予常规氨茶碱静脉滴注及应用糖皮质激素和雾化吸入等综合治疗。两组在应用氨茶碱时都定时监测茶碱浓度。结果治疗组在有效率方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氨茶碱持续静脉应用结合振动排痰在哮喘持续状态中应用效果好、安全性高。Objective To study the application value of Aminophylline continuous intravenous application combined with vibration row phlegm for treating status asthmaticus.Methods 60 patients of status asthmaticus were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30）and the control group（n=30）.The treatment group were given intravenous Aminophylline sustaining and carried on physically rowing phlegm timing by using a vibration row phlegm machine,simultaneously using glucocorticoid and atomization inspiration and so on comprehensive therapy.The control group were given regular Aminophylline static droplets and used glucocorticoid and the atomization inhalation and so on comprehensive therapy.Two groups were monitored the theophylline concentration timing when given Aminophylline.Results The treatment group surpasses the control group in the effective aspect.The difference between two graups was significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Aminophylline continuous intravenous application combined with vibration row phlegm for treating status asthmaticus is good at therapeutic effect and with high safety.
