摘　　要：随着大规模路网的建设，西南地区隧道与隧道群不断增加，在此形势下，加强和完善隧道与隧道群交通安全的管理，以及灾害事故下的应急救援手段的运用，成为构建和谐铁路研究的重要课题。With the construction of large -scale network, the tunnels in southwest regions have continuously increased, in this situation, strengthening and perfecting the management in traffic safety of the tunnels and the use of the emergency rescue means of disasters and accidents have become the key and hot issues for building harmonious railway.
