摘 要:目的探讨高频彩色多谱勒超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法将126例经手术及病理证实为乳腺肿块的彩色多谱勒超声声像图进行回顾分析,重点分析肿块形态、边界、内部回声、有无钙化及钙化形态、纵横比、血流分级、阻力指数等超声声像图特征。结果 126例患者共174个乳腺肿块中,超声检出163个,检出率为93.7%,良性肿块108个,超声诊断正确99个,准确率为91.7%,恶性肿块66个,超声诊断正确57个,准确率为86.4%。结论应用高频彩色多谱勒超声检查,能提高乳腺肿块诊断准确率,并对良恶性肿块进行鉴别诊断,为临床治疗方式的选择提供确切依据。Objective To explore the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound and color Dopplar flow ima- glng for mammary gland benign and malignant tumor. Methods The ultrasonographic characteristics of 126 cases of breast mass confirmed by surgery and pathology were reviewed to comparatively analyze, focuses on the mass shape, boundary, inter- nal echo, calcification stove, aspect ratios, blood flow resistance index. Results 126 patients with 174 breast masses, found 163, coincidence 93.7%, 108 benign masses, found 99, coincidence 91.7%, 66 malignant tumor, found 57, coincidence 86. 4%. Conclusion The application of high frequency Color Dopplar ultrasonography could increase the overall accuracy in diagnosing breast mass and possess high clinical practical value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors mass, it provide definitive evidence for clinical treatment options.
