摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描检查儿童五官科疾病(包括眼耳鼻喉)的最适合低剂量。方法使用Philips 16 MSCT对100例儿童眼、耳、鼻、喉部位分两组进行扫描:一组常规剂量、一组低剂量。同时记录容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)。影像质量按优秀、良好、差三个等级进行评价。结果两组不同剂量的扫描方法比较,结果显示图像质量有差异,常规剂量组图像质量较好,以优秀为主;低剂量组图像质量稍差以良好为主。但两组均未出现图像质量为差的现象,均能满足诊断需要。结论多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在儿童五官科疾病检查中既可以明显降低患儿的辐射剂量,又能满足临床诊断需要,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the most appropriat low radiation dose in multi - slice CT scanning for the child five senses branch disease (including eye ear nosc throat). Methods Uses Philips 16 MSCT for I00 example child eye, the ear, the nose, the throat rank two groups to carry on the scanning: A group of conventional dosage, group of low radiation. Radiation dose related parameters CTDIvol, DLP were also recorded. The image quality according to outstanding, good, the bad three ranks carries on the appraisal. Results Two group of different dosage's scanning method comparisons, the resultdisplay image quality has the difference, the conventional monitoring team picture quality is good, by outstanding primarily; The low radiation team picture quality misses good slightly by primarily, but two groups even have not presented the picture quality for the bad phenomenon, can meet the diagnosis needs. Conclusion The multi - slice helical CT low radiation scan- ning in child five senses branch disease inspects both may reduce obviously to baby's radiation dose, and can meet the clinical diagrtosis needs, is worth promoting the application.
