后世博效应对长三角一体化发展区域联动研究

摘　　要：上海世博会为长三角加快区域一体化进程和提升区域综合竞争力提供了千载难逢的发展机遇和强大动力。后世博区域联动效应是后世博效应与长三角一体化发展区域联动在时间、空间、对象、过程、功能及作用力等方面相契合,并产生聚变式效果的综合表现。其总体思路是:形成多元化立体化的区域协调合作平台;强化核心增长极的集聚力;推动区域向服务经济为主的经济结构转型;增强区域的整体都市功能。同时,在国际化、同城化、低碳化、制度化等方面对后世博区域联动效应展开具体研究。Shanghai Expo provides a golden opportunity of development and power for the Yangtze River Delta to accelerate regional integration process and promote regional comprehensive competitiveness. Post-Expo region linkage effect is integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta and Post-Expo integration development region linkage in time and space,object,process,function and force etc,and produce fusion fits the integrated performance in effect. The general idea is：the formation of the regional cooperation and coordination diversified three-dimensional platform;the reinforced core poles gathered force;priority given to promote regional economic structure of service economy;The enhanced transformation of the overall urban function area. Our research focuses in the aspects of internationalization,urban integration,low-carbon,systematization of the 2010 world expo region linkage effect.
